We use cold-rolled silicon steel sheets as the material to reduce no-load losses.

We utilize oxygen-free copper wires to ensure electrical efficiency and mechanical strength.

We use mineral oil per the customer's specification.

These large-capacity transformers are equipped with corrugated radiators to regulate temperature.

The structure adopts corrugated plates to adapt to the change of oil volume with temperature and reduce the impact of the external environment on the insulating oil.

Protective devices such as pressure relief valve and gas relay can trigger alarms or trips in cases of overload or short circuit.

Oil immersed transformers must meet fire and explosion prevention standards. VKE's oil tanks have passed rigorous sealing testing and incorporate flame-retardant materials to mitigate fire risks. For specialized environments such as high humidity or corrosive gas areas, protective enclosures will be added, or anti-corrosion treatment will be carried out.
Attention must be paid to foundation load-bearing, ventilation conditions, and fire safety requirements.
Regular checks of oil level, oil temperature, bushing cleanliness, and the condition of the grounding system.
If oil chromatographic analysis indicates abnormalities or there is localized overheating, internal faults should be investigated promptly.
